SALES ACT: Enterprise Encounters

Practice makes perfect.

Why leave high-risk encounters to chance?

Ultra-high performers are exceptional because they practice in high-stakes environments. Mastery takes habitual practice.

Reps Need Reps.

Every time you let a rep work unpracticed, you're lowering the potential Close % and ACV.

Athletes

Tom Brady practiced those plays thousands of times before touching the ball in a game.

Performers

Meryl Streep will study a role and the scene work for months or even years before filming.

Salespeople?

We focus on metrics, but never deep-dive enough into the practice of client-facing encounters leaving money on the table.

FAQs

What is a Standardized Prospect?

An actor that is given a character analysis of your main persona type, and a set of motivations & dealbreakers that your reps navigate.

When is using Sales Act worthwhile?

Any Enterprise deal 5-figures or over will benefit from practicing client encounters. Think about the value of increasing that close rate by even 3-5% through rehearsal.

How do the SPs know what to say?

In our prep phase, we work closely with sales managers and the notes in SFDC to develop a "Persona Script" the actor uses, creating a tailored experience for that particular opportunity.

Can I repeat encounters?

Yes. In fact, sometimes it's helpful to use 1-3 core encounters to test the whole team on items like Pricing/Negotiation, Discovery, and Executive Briefing.
